Fontana K9 PALS is a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to funding and supporting the Fontana Police Department’s K-9 Unit—without using public funds. Since 1990, we’ve helped provide, train, and care for the dogs that help keep our community safe.
We fund the full cost of each police service dog, over $10,000 per dog.
We cover advanced training for dogs and handlers.
We help pay for both routine and emergency medical care.
We support over 25 public K-9 demos each year at schools, hospitals, and local events.
Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting the K-9 Unit, ensuring these working dogs are equipped and ready—without burdening taxpayers.
Get to know the hardworking police dogs and their dedicated handlers. These teams train year-round in narcotics detection, suspect apprehension, and public safety.
